B Vitamins are water soluble and work directly through the nervous system. If you find that you have been tired or weepy (for no apparent reason), it could very well be a "b deficiency". Sometimes after taking a b vitamin you will immediately feel relief. It is not uncommon to ask the general practitioner for a B12 shot. Most people do this because the effect is that of arousal. That is if you were already feeling ok. Maybe the effect would just be "I don't feel so worn out".
Anyway, if you have not tried it, take a B Complex 100 mg upon going to bed. This way you will have a full stomach, and there will be a set time for taking it each day. Never try to take B vitamins on an empty stomach because, like iron, it could possibly make you feel queazy.
And this is another way to insure your happiness for the day!

That was really interesting Babette. Do people try to take vit B like a drug and get hooked on it at all?
